About

The Miss Blue Heron sails at 8:30am and 1:30PM every day weather permitting except for Tuesday which they are closed and Friday they have a special six hour fishing trip that leaves at 8:30AM and returns to port st 2:00PM.  Each trip out to prime fishing grounds takes approximately 20-40 minutes depending on which hot spot is producing fish catches.

The Gulf Stream comes to its closest point of land around the Palm Beach Inlet.  Providing productive reefs (natural and artificial) existing in 50 feet through 200 feet of water.  Fishing ‘catching’ is done from ¼ mile to 3 miles from shore.

Catches consist of Kingfish, Snapper, Grouper, Mahi-Mahi, Sailfish, Cobia, Barracuda, Sharks, False Albacore, African Pompano, Wahoo and other species.

The fare includes rod, reel, bait, tackle, and fishing license. The crews have years of experience ensuring your family’s safety and enjoyment. Two half day excursion departing daily except as noted above.

This excursion requires a minimum number of 12 guests for it to run.  The crew does not own the vessels and just like waiters at your favorite restaurant, their salary comes almost entirely from your tips. So please don’t forget to tip the crew!
