Phil Foster Park is a Palm Beach County Park located in the City of Riviera Beach. It is a poular local destination zone for parks offering waterfront views and accessabilty to vessels via it's boat ramps. The park is also a world class destination zone for scuba diving and snorkeling due to it clear waters and sea life directly as a result of it's proximity to Lake Worth Inlet, also known as Palm Beach Inlet and an esutary located approximatley a third of a mile north of it's location.
There is also a causeway where you can enjoy swimming and sunbathing. If you like to fish there is a pier and various locations where anglers can try their skills or luck to score a catch. Picnic tables and grills are available for events by reservation.
